Botanical Flowers

The educators @ Ellen Hutson, LLC are having a little fun this week with flowers!  Who doesn't love flowers?


Supplies:
-Alterations Tattered Florals Die (Tim Hotlz for Sizzix)
-Thanks for Everything rubber stamp (Lockhart)
-Green at Heart 6x6 Paper Pad (Basic Grey)
-Natural Obessions Botanical Paper in Brights and Earth Tones (Prima)
-Be Creative Tape 8.5 x 11 Sheets
-Warm Highlight and Sweet Basil Microfine Glitter (Glitter Ritz)
-5/8' Natural Crochet Ribbon (Prima)
-1 1/4 Burgundy Silk Ribbon (May Arts)
-Wallpaper Buttons (Jenni Bowlin)
-Tattered Rose Distress Ink (Ranger)
-Coffee Archival Ink (Ranger)
-3/8' Glue Dots

Finished card size: 4x6 inches

Designer Tips:
-apply the botanical paper to Be Creative Tape Sheets BEFORE die cutting to help strengthen the delicate paper
-dust the flowers with glitter to cover any open areas of the tape
-customize the button to coordinate better with this paper by sponging with Tattered Rose Distress Ink
-stamp the sentiment repeatedly in a diagonal line through the card
-use Glue Dots to secure the flowers together and then to the card
